A WORD IN EXPLANATION

Bernard Heuvelmans the 'Father of Cryptozoology', once wrote: "Terror is more dreadful when it wears a human face". And it is undeniable that since the dawn of our species we have populated the world around us with terrifying monsters and daemons created in our own image: basically human in shape but often coivered in hair and either huge or tiny.

We call them 'yeti', 'bigfoot', 'orang pendek' and 'almasti'. But can any of them have a true objecive reality, and if not, how come people still report seeing and interacting with them to the present day?

That is what we aim to find out. As committed Forteans, we believe that until we understand the nature of these interactions, we have no hope of understanding the truth that we are seeking.
